JOB DESCRIPTION

Salary: £22,000.00

Our customer are devoted to new and innovative technologies, they are constantly looking at developing different and ingenious products, along with providing excellent service and support to their customers.

They are looking for someone who is an experienced accounts administrator who can assist in various areas of the accounting process/

 

Main duties would be: 

  • Credit control and chasing debt
  • Posting customer PDQ & Invoice Discounting receipts
  • Banking of cash & cheques
  • Emailing customers invoices, credit notes, statements
  • Dealing with any customer queries
  • Posting purchase invoices for stock and overheads
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Liaising with purchase and warehouse departments on any discrepancies
  • Assisting the accounts manager and Directors with other ad-hoc duties
  • Experience of Sage is required for this role

This is a full time role. Monday – Friday – 9-5pm.
