With hybrid and home working here to stay for the foreseeable future, such tools are argued to be vital for remote workers to function properly. But a new study suggests an increasing level of harm is coming to workforces as a result.

For the tools designed to make the remote working process more efficient, could in fact be slowing down workforces and wrecking employees' mental health, research has suggested.
