Letting a job hopeful know they have been unsuccessful in the hiring process is never an easy task for a recruiter, however, one recruiter went one step too far when they accidently left a voicemail for a jobseeker to listen to.
Lily Rose-Wilson found out that she had been rejected for her dream role after a recruiter for the company left a voicemail message judging her for her social media selfies and use of fake tan, reports the Daily Mail.
Rose-Wilson, originally from London, had been seeking a new role in Perth when she applied for an administrative role at STS Health and missed a phone call from Michelle Lines regarding the job.
However, Lines had failed to hang up the phone properly before she started to scrutinise the job hopeful’s appearance with a colleague.
