Well, a recent study by Totaljobs found that over 40% of employees feel less stressed when their company offers perks. 25% of the 1,005 employees and 260 businesses surveyed in the research claimed that perks actively aided in their stability in the company and, therefore, their retention whilst 27% believed that perks actively enhance productivity on a daily basis.
