With many workers developing a preference for home working, firms have been thinking outside the box on ways to entice staff back to the office.
Free food, candy floss and even beer are among the perks on offer for office returners.
But are these quirky incentives the correct or most effective way to reel staff back in?
As reported by The Guardian, The City of London Corporation recently welcomed workers back by staging a free “beerfest”, where colleagues could get together over a pint and street food.
Similarly, investment firm Fidelity International is reportedly offering treats to its almost 2,900-strong workforce.
