This often impacts work-life balance, as professionals ponder their decisions constantly to ensure that the work is a success, yet this investment in their careers may often be absolutely pointless, a new study has found.
A global study of more than 10,000 office workers, conducted by Asana, has found that Brits spend a whole month each year doing work that a colleague has already completed. The equates to nearly one whole workday per week (five hours and five minutes).
