We all know a co-worker who, regardless of the day or their situation, always chooses to moan. Even when business is thriving and there’s very little to moan about, such individuals always focus on any negative aspect that they can grasp and attempt to bring others down with them.
Often, their gripe isn’t even with the company; some people simply don’t value a positive outlook and although this is their right, spreading negativity in the workplace can be a dangerous habit, as it often succeeds in altering the mindsets of others. Negative workers are like black holes, sucking in the positivity around them and replacing it with apathy and bad feeling.
