Purchasing Assistant
Full time
Perm – Immediate start 
Mon – Fri 
Attributes of Job

1.    To work within the quality system and procedures
2.    To give exceptional service to internal and external customers
3.    To assess and create purchase orders, ensuring that adequate stock levels are held to minimise customer back-orders (excluding Erio and Gloves).
4.    To progress purchase orders and back orders with suppliers and keep delivery dates updated on the computer system
5.    To issue weekly works orders
6.    To assist with entering stock checks and assessing the variances.
7.    Occasionally assist the warehouse with booking goods received into the computer system
8.    To update selling prices
9.    To assist with updating and maintaining parts of the Quality System
10.    To support and assist the Procurement Stock Controller
