You will be working as part of a team developing new business and maintaining current relationships with our commercial clients on both temporary and permanent recruitment.
You do not necessarily need experience in recruitment, but a determined attitude to succeed in running your own desk is essential. The role involves but is not limited to business development, visiting clients’ premises, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates. Confidence on the telephone and in person is essential as you will be maintaining contact with all parties from the point of introduction to ensure successful placements of your candidates in the correct roles.
Here at Arena you have the support of the directors but you will be expected to run your desk like your own business, (with proven Arena measures in place) consequently, the more you develop the desk the more you will earn. We are not about “bums on seats” and “making a quick buck from our clients” so you will need to have excellent business relationship skills and be able to work with people of differing levels of seniority and skill set. You will be confident in Maths; written and spoken English.

Hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (although contact with applicants may need to be undertaken outside of these hours)
Salary dependant on experience plus commission (t&c’s apply).
