We are currently recruiting a highly experienced Internal Sales Account Manager for a highly reputable distribution business based in Letchworth.
As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will responsible for looking after approx 100 accounts and working closely with the external sales team to grow the business. This role is being offered on a permanent, full time basis. The salary for this position is Competitive + Commission Scheme
Your role as an Internal Sales Account Manager will involve the following important duties:
Looking after around 100 accounts and maintaining regular contact
Achieving and exceeding your sales targets
Working in conjunction with our external team to maintain and grow the spend of your accounts
Preparing quotations/processing orders
Making outbound calls
Monitoring the spend of your accounts and going the extra mile to provide the best customer care

The role is a Monday to Friday office based position that requires you to work hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
The experience required
Training is given however similar experience is required. For this role you need to have a superb customer service manner and you will need to be able to work in a fast paced, busy environment. You will need to be a strong sales individual with a drive to succeed. You must be IT literate, enthusiastic, be comfortable in handling people at senior business level.
