Leading and managing the online sales team, setting clear SMART objectives, managing and monitoring performance across the team.
Setting clear targets for numbers of listings and income reached and ensure performance is measured against these targets.
Developing relationships across all departments to maximise online sales opportunities.

Developing and implementing the strategy for online sales.
Setting, monitoring and delivering against targets, KPIs and budgets to ensure maximum sales profit is met.

Sourcing suitable stock to be sold and marketed online.
Working with Managers to identify and obtain stock to sell online and support shop staff to deliver online sales.
Meeting agreed personal targets, KPIs and objectives for listings and sales made.
Researching and implementing new development in all areas of potential internet based selling opportunities. ensuring that regular staff meetings and annual appraisals are undertaken. Facilitating good communication – sharing best practice, meetings etc and ensuring that staff and volunteers work as part of one team
Working closely Service’s Team in recruiting and training of volunteers for the Online Sales Team.
Monitoring practice and identify training needs to ensure consistent and appropriate good customer relations.
Placing items for sale on relevant online market websites in compliance with Company policies and procedures to maximise income by providing an effective description of products, as well as good quality photographs to enhance the sales potential.
Monitoring the auctions and sales process to buyers; this will include using appropriate packaging and postage methods. Ensuring excellent customer services is provided online, customer queries are responded to promptly and ensure customer feedback is encouraged. Ensuring that a strong financial process is maintained for the online selling process and the team is compliant with those processes.
Assisting the Preparation Supervisors and the Administration Assistant in the training of the team members to identify stock and research items using online sites.
In conjunction with the team, ensuring any problems, complaints or dissatisfaction are managed in accordance with the Company procedure. .
Organising and attending Online Sales team meetings, providing updates online sales, customer service and good practice. Ensuring monthly information is updated with reference to volunteer and donation figures.
Collating, monitoring and reporting financial detail highlighting to team and Leadership Team any exceptional figures.
Monitoring expenditure against budget.
Ensureing H & S regulations are maintained.
