Arena Personnel has the pleasure of recruiting for a sales co-ordinator / account manager to join a successful sales team based in Hitchin. This role will involve keeping up to date with the existing client base and developing new business.

The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, numerate, literate and extremely accurate to succeed in this important role.

Requirements for this role: -

  • The ability to self-motivate and manage your own time
  • A high degree of accuracy
  • “Can do” attitude with the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Happy to work in a team and individually

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Servicing approximately 130 accounts
  • Scheduling calls to chase new & repeat orders
  • Quoting existing or new customers and chasing feedback
  • Reviewing order patterns
  • Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date on the CRM system

Experience in account management would be desirable, however full training will be provided. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage, but it is not essential.

Salary & Benefits –

  • £18,000 - £20,000 + OTE £2,000
  • Full time 9-5 or part time 9-3
  • Hitchin – parking on site
  • 28 days holiday Inc. bank holidays
  • Straight permanent
